SALON PARTY POLICIES

SALON PARTY POLICIES

  • $100 deposit needed to reserve the date and time of a salon party.
  • For your convenience, you can use Visa, MC, or AMEX for deposits. (Party is not booked until deposit is made.)
  • VERY IMPORTANT! Final headcount confirmation is required 3 days before your party.
  • We can accommodate up to 20 girls in our party room.
  • Please advise guest to arrive on time.
  • Our hostesses are ready to start at your scheduled time.
  • We can not extend your party time unless you pay extra at the time of booking ($50 for 1/2 hr or $100 for 1 hr.)
  • Parties are for the children. Parents are welcome to watch and support in designated waiting area.
  • We do not provide food, but you are welcome to bring food, drinks, or cake. You will need to provide all paper plates, napkins, and cups if needed.
  • We will provide a table and table linen.
  • You are welcome to arrive 15 mins. before your party to set up.
  • You are responsible to pay for all confirmed number of guests attending. (Example: confirmed for 8 girls but only 6 attend. You will still have to pay for 8.)
  • Hostesses will not negotiate price at time of party.
  • To ensure safety and sanitation, we do not cut nails, cuticle or use curling iron on hair. We use all disposable applicators for make up application.
  • We will accommodate last minute parties.
  • Full Deposit refund for cancellations made 2 weeks before party date.
  • NO SHOWS will be charged $200.
  • We have the right to adjust our packages on our website.

MOBILE PARTY POLICIES

  • $150 deposit needed to reserve the date and time of a mobile party. 
  • For your convenience , you can use Visa, MC, or AMEX for deposits. (Party is not booked until deposit is made.)
  • Cash payment is due on day of party. Or Credit Card payments will be charged 1 day before your party. Payment is due upon arrival.
  • VERY IMPORTANT! Final headcount confirmation is required 3 days before your party.
  • You are responsible to pay for all confirmed number of guests attending. (Example: 10 girls confirmed but 8 attend. You will still have to pay for 10 girls.)
  • Hostesses will not negotiate price at time of party.
  • We provide tables, chairs (enough for all confirmed guest), and all supplies as needed to service your party.
  • Please provide us with enough space to accommodate your party.
  • We will arrive 15 mins. before your party to set up. Please understand LA traffic. We will contact you immediately if we feel we might be late. If this happens, we will stay longer to compensate the time.
  • Mileage fee may be added depending on your distance from Burbank. Starting at $40.
  • From experience, guests tend to arrive late. Please schedule us accordingly as we will start on time.
  • We can accommodate large parties 8-40 girls. 
  • All parties are booked on first come first served basis.
  • To ensure safety and sanitation, we do not cut nails, cuticles or use curling iron or flat iron on hair. We use disposable applicators for makeup application.
  • Cancellations 2 weeks before party will receive full deposit refund.
  • We bring beads to all our parties but for large parties, parents are welcome to have other crafts or games for extra entertainment.
  • Please make sure we have parking near the entrance of your home. Hostesses will be loading and unloading tables, chairs, and supplies.
  • We will accommodate last minute parties. (*Possible 17% gratuity fee groups of 25 or more.)
  • We have the right to adjust our packages on our website.

BUS PARTY POLICIES

  • $150 deposit needed to reserve the date and time of a bus party.
  • For your convenience , you can use Visa, MC, or AMEX for deposits. (Party is not booked until deposit is made.)

  • Cash payment is due at the beginning of the party. NO CHECKS!

    Payment must be received before the spa services begin.

  • VERY IMPORTANT! Final headcount confirmation is required 3 days before your party.

  • You are responsible to pay for all confirmed number of guests attending. (Example: 10 girls confirmed but 8 attend. You will still have to pay for 10 girls.)

  • Party bus is parked for party. We do not drive kids around.

  • Hostesses will not negotiate price at time of party.

  • We provide all supplies as needed to service your party.

  • We will arrive 15 mins. before your party to set up. Please understand LA traffic. We will contact you immediately if we feel we might be late. If this happens, we will stay longer to compensate the time.

    If we encounter any mechanical issues with our party bus, we will substitute it with a Mobile party or refund your  deposit!!!!!
